Event Details

In October, MBC PW members will travel to Southeast Asia, to a majority unreached country. There the team will partner with a local church as they work to reach their majority Buddhist community for Christ. During the week, the team will join in a days-long workshop focused on outreach evangelism via English language workshops. This trip is both an exploratory and engagement trip, meaning the team will be visiting this location for the first time and actively engaging with the partner in activities to help them further their goals on the ground in their community through evangelism and discipleship.Please consider being a part of this important work through your prayers or by donating directly to the trip below. PRAY:​That God would keep our team safe and allow our time there to be effective and God honoring.  That God would allow fruitful gospel conversations and connections to be made during the English workshop, and that many Thai people would desire to know more about Jesus. That God would help the team encourage local believers and edify the local church. Donate to this trip belowAll contributions for Global Outreach short-term mission teams are tax deductible (to the extent allowed by the law) and therefore nonrefundable. The donor acknowledges and releases control of how their contribution will be utilized for the team. However, if the team is successful in raising their financial goal, all excess funds will be applied to either the needs directly related to the ministry of this trip or to fund additional mission needs within the Global Outreach ministry. In the unlikely event that a trip is cancelled, funds raised by the team will help cover any cancellation costs for the trip. Any remaining funds will be donated to efforts in the country with the partnering ministry and/or help to fund additional needs within the Global Outreach ministry.
