MBC MoCo is hosting Moving Through Trauma: an 8-week church support group launching this fall, created to help participants connect with other believers, work through struggles, and receive biblical direction and support. Sessions include video-based teaching from trauma-informed Christian leaders and facilitated group discussions, which offer a biblical framework for understanding the roots of trauma and overcoming its effects. The course equips participants with practical, gospel-centered tools to move through trauma.
This class will meet September 24 through November 12 from 7 to 9 pm in the Office Pit at MBC MoCo. Cost for materials is $35. *If finances are a barrier to joining this course, please reach out to vaughn.miller@mcleanbible.org.
