David Thomas and Sissy Goff have over fifty years of experience counseling kids and families. They've written seventeen books and have an incredibly helpful podcast called Raising Boys and Girls. Mostly, they love getting to share what they're learning on a daily basis from their work with kids of all ages.
INTENTIONAL PARENTING: Friday Evening (6:45-9:00pm)Regardless of their age, your children look to you to help them discover who they are. As they discuss ideas like parenting out of love and not out of fear, responding rather than reacting in frustration, David and Sissy will encourage you to parent your children with all of the love, mercy and intentionality with which God continues to parent us.
RAISING BOYS AND GIRLS: Saturday Morning (9:00am-12:00pm)David Thomas will help us understand and explore the hearts, minds and ways of boys and the vital role parents play on the journey from boy to manhood. Sissy Goff will dive into the hearts of girls to help parents understand the different stages of development for girls; what is normal, what is not, and how to relate effectively. Together they will help you learn what it means to call out the unique identity of the kids you love.
