If you have a heart for leading children and building relationships, this is for you! Get to know the children in your group and their families and pray for them weekly. Weekly commitment required since the goal is to build relationships with the children. Previous experience in Awana is helpful but not required. This is one of the most rewarding roles you could have in Awana since you are on the front lines with the children as they learn Scripture.
What you’ll do:
- Co-lead weekly online 30-minute small groups (2 Leaders per group)
- Play the recorded large group video for the small group
- Lead 20 minutes of discussion and connect time
- Participate in once a month in-person social-distanced connect times
- Listen/Watch video recordings of T&T clubber verses
